I am working on a paper on person center workplace, is there an link of articles I can look at for reference? Our is Instructor: John Fuehrer
I am assuming that the class you are in is BUS 509 Organizational Behavior taught by Fuehrer? If so, that means you're interested in "behavioral science approaches to organizations." Behavioral science = psychology, so you could could search both the psychology and business databases. For psychology, I'd recommend PsycINFO and for business, Business Source Complete. A keyword search combining the phrases "person-centered" and "organization" yields 172 results in PsycINFO and Business Source Complete yields 47 results. Keep in mind that most of the references to "person-centered" in relation to psychology have to do with "person-centered therapy" which is a form of psychotherapy created by psychologist Carl Rogers in the 1940s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Person-centered_therapy . This may not be what you're after. Without more detail, that is about as far as my suggestions can go. The person who handles business reference, Laurie Willis, will be in today at 12:30. She may know more about what you need. You can call her at 440-826-3569 or make an appointment to see her at: http://bw.libcal.com/booking/research .
