How do I access databases from home / off-campus / remotely?

Click on the Off-campus Database Access Form link listed on the Ritter Library website menus.
1. On the Institution Selection Form, select Baldwin-Wallace as your institution
2. On the OhioLINK Authentication Form enter your last name followed by your first name.
3. For your barcode number, enter the 7-digit Colleague number printed on your B-W ID card.
4. You should see “Authentication successful” and then be taken to the OhioLINK databases list.
Note that, after authentication, the OhioLINK databases list shows both databases shared by every OhioLINK member, and databases that are only available to patrons of Ritter Library. If you happen to select a Ritter Library database subscription, you will encounter a second form: the OPAL Database Remote Authentication Page. Enter your last name and B-W ID card number, and then submit.
